Rory Rockett is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter exploring new worlds with their warm folk-pop music. Having spent the last three years studying songwriting in London, their songs hone in on lyricism, informed by their queer experiences and love of fantasy and history. Artists like Clairo, Hozier, Joni Mitchell and The Last Dinner Party are at the forefront of their inspiration. Rory’s current music oscillates between comforting indie-pop and emotional acoustic tracks, with their newest release, "Kiss and Bite", acting as a return to the delicate guitar-driven tracks that started Rory's music journey. Their previous single, "Are You In Love?",  created an in-universe contrast for Rory, being their grooviest song yet and finding its way to BBC Radio 6 Music, Hoxton Radio and BBC Introducing Essex and Cambridgeshire.
